UNTUCKED VS. TUCKED: THE FASHION DIFFERENCE
For those of you who know my stance on how something tucked in looks better than something untucked, I have finally the evidence to prove such to you. I want to thank the women who willingly let me take their pictures wearing untucked/tucked outfits. Perhaps this post is long overdue and I choose not to mention why it took so long (yet) but here are pictures to show how I feel regarding the professionalism involved with wearing something tucked in.

Here we have Christine wearing a nice sweater... something that looks pleasant enough on a cold winter's day... but perhaps there is one detail that would spice up the visual effect.

Okay... now her sweater is tucked in... she can now go anywhere and no one would second guess the dress code. Maybe some people find sweater tucking to be a bit unconventional but once the sweater is tucked it removes all doubt.

Chardonnay has that casual vibe done pat. She has confidence and knows it. Her jacket is stylish and all that... however, what about those loose ends? Let's see...

Okay, now! She still has that confidence and the jacket still has that casual vibe but the tucked-in look makes everything look even and purposeful. She now has the excuse to be even more confident than before.

Some fashion magazines would say that Jackie is wearing something chic. That is a possibility but one wonders as to how much more chic she can get. Yes, the blouse is nice looking and so is her hat and smile but... I keep going back to my wonderment on the tucked look.

And now we have proof of how the tucked look can make the difference in how a blouse can appear. Just one little application and there is a big difference. Now we all know how chic she can be.

Lynsey does not need to answer if she chooses not to do so. She is confident and dresses how she wants. She could go to any club and fit right in. However, the daydreamer that I am is always wondering how she would look if that shirt was tucked in.

As you can tell, the same independent attitude is prominent but the shirt looks great tucked in and gives even more an attitude of purposefulness. Hip, hip, hooray!!
There will be more examples of untucked/tucked later. For now, stay happy!!
